Frank Pickus, Assistant superintendent, Gloversville, New York, retired. Frank has been facilitating Institute conferences for nearly 20 years and was a teacher of special education before becoming an administrator.
Paul Vermette was a unique and outstanding professor at Niagara University in New York. He was in great demand as a staff developer teaching and modeling practices based on constructivist theory of how people learn. Paul supported the mission of the Institute. …..
