At what moment during the week did you feel most engaged in what was happening?
- When we broke out of large group and started implementing project-based learning guidelines
- When the team finally came together and shared a common vision on our outcome and the process
- The first day, going through the conference elements with my team
- The first day, after our facilitator helped us clarify our goals
- Our administrative team spent most of Tuesday using video with periodic discussion and focus on implementation
- I think I was engaged all week
- Toward the mid-point when I finally processed the information and found direction
What about this week surprised you most?
- The “process” worked so well; we followed each conference element in order and it produced success for our task
- How much we got accomplished
- The camaraderie between professionals
- That we were able to work backwards to develop our idea
- The level of commitment to improve education while facing obstacles and tremendous change
- Following the process and having everything come together
- How much I actually learned
- Developing a task from scratch that was so engaging

What, if any changes will you make in your day-to-day work, as a result of what occurred this week?
- More collaboration
- Rubric, more task and timelines
- Focus on skills-based lessons while conveying content; more student centered activities
- I will plan lessons differently using this design with my class
- I will strive to be more of a guide on the side and provide my special education students with opportunities to be leaders
- I will add some constructivist activities into my curriculum
- I will consider new ways of using technology in the classroom for activities and assessment
